Java class Keyword
Example
Create a class named "MyClass":
public class MyClass {
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println("Hello World");
}
}
Definition and Usage
The class
keyword is used to create a class.
Every line of code that runs in Java must be inside a class. A class should always start with an uppercase first letter, and the name of the java file must match the class name.
A class is like an object constructor. See the example below to see how we can use it to create an object.
More Examples
Example
Create an object of MyClass
called "myObj
" and print the value of x:
public class MyClass {
int x = 5;
public static void main(String[] args) {
MyClass myObj = new MyClass();

}
}
